"Late Delivery and Poor Tracking"
My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which made the whole thing frustrating. To be fair, the item did eventually show up, but not knowing what was going on along the way wasn’t a great experience. I probably wouldn’t take the chance on ordering again

"Happy With My Orders Overall"
I’ve ordered from londonlovesbeauty.com a couple of times now, i’ve been satisfied with the experience. The website feels trustworthy, and checking out was simple with no hassle. My order arrived in good condition, and everything looked just like I expected. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it was still reasonable. The only thing I’d like to see improved is getting a few more updates after placing an order. Still, I do trust them, and I’d be happy to shop there again

"Got One Wrong Item"
I placed my order earlier in the week while I was trying to get a few things done around the house, and when the package showed up, most of it was fine, but one item was wrong. Not the biggest disaster, but still a little annoying since it wasn’t what I ordered. Hopefully it can be sorted out easily.

"Communication feels hit or miss"
I got my order confirmation from londonlovesbeauty.com, but after that it’s been quiet. There hasn’t been a clear update on when it’s actually shipping, so I’ve had to keep checking myself. It might still turn up fine, but the communication feels a bit hit or miss, which is frustrating after you’ve already paid. I was expecting a little more follow-up.

"The order itself was okay in the end..."
The order itself was okay in the end, so I can’t really complain too much about what I received, but the tracking experience was annoying. For several days it just didn’t seem to update at all, and I kept checking it because I had no idea if the parcel was still sitting somewhere, moving through a warehouse, or already on its way. Then all of a sudden it switched to saying it was out for delivery, which was a bit confusing after having basically no information for so long. I did contact customer service and they replied, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really give me any details beyond what I could already see myself. So overall, the order got here and everything was fine, but the lack of reliable tracking made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

I expected a bit more from londonlovesbeauty.com. The weird part is, the site looks like it should have a bigger selection, but when I started browsing, a lot of the brands I was looking for just weren’t there. Some categories felt kind of empty too. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just didn’t find enough choice to make me want to keep shopping.

This just didn’t feel worth the money. I left feeling like I paid way more than it deserved, and when I brought up my concerns, it felt like they were kind of brushed off. Disappointing overall.

They have some really nice brands here, and I liked the selection overall. Prices are just a bit on the higher side though... so maybe not somewhere I’d shop all the time, but still worth checking out.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing on me. The payment page loaded twice and then threw an error, so I actually just gave up. Super frustrating, and not worth the hassle. They really need to fix the site before I’d try again.

My order showed up in this really flimsy box with almost no padding inside. One of the items was dented, everything looked like it was just "thrown in" without much care. Disappointing experience overall.

I order a few beauty bits from londonlovesbeauty and the delivery was actually quick, which was nice. But when the box come, one of the items had leaked a little and the packaging was looking damaged. There was also a small product missing from my order, which was annoying. I emailed them and they did get back to me, but it take a couple of days. So yeah, not the worst experience ever, but not great either. Kind of a mixed one.

I ordered a beauty product right out of the box it just gave cheap vibes. The packaging was kinda beat up, and the product itself didn’t feel fresh at all. The texture was weird, and the smell was off too, so that made me unsure about it.
I only tried it once and after that I was like, yeah no, not putting this on my face again. For what it cost, I really expected something way better. Definitely not ordering from here again.
