My order ended up arriving later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which made the whole thing frustrating. To be fair, the item did eventually show up, but not knowing what was going on along the way wasn’t a great experience. I probably wouldn’t take the chance on ordering again

I’ve ordered from londonlovesbeauty.com a couple of times now, i’ve been satisfied with the experience. The website feels trustworthy, and checking out was simple with no hassle. My order arrived in good condition, and everything looked just like I expected. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it was still reasonable. The only thing I’d like to see improved is getting a few more updates after placing an order. Still, I do trust them, and I’d be happy to shop there again

But when the box come, one of the items had leaked a little and the packaging was looking damaged. There was also a small product missing from my order, which was annoying. I emailed them and they did get back to me, but it take a couple of days. So yeah, not the worst experience ever, but not great either. Kind of a mixed one.

Walked in, looked around for like a minute… and there it was. Found everything I needed quick. No running around, no asking five people, no hassle. Just easy, which was nice.
